Full job description
The role leads multidisciplinary marine projects, marine EIAs and permitting, baseline and monitoring surveys, regulator and stakeholder engagement, proposals, nature-based solutions and mentoring of junior specialists. It is listed as full-time with a hybrid work-location model.
Requirements & qualifications
AECOM states that applicants should have a BSc (Hons.) in Marine Biology or a closely related discipline, with an MSc or PhD preferred; at least eight years of marine environmental consultancy experience; a minimum PADI Rescue Diver or UK HSE SCUBA qualification; at least two years of professional scientific diving experience; and a valid driving licence. Applicants must be authorised to work in Bahrain.
