Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager based in Spain. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead regional marketing strategy and execution across a high-growth European market, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and new-logo acquisition. You will partner closely with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to translate ambitious growth objectives into integrated, measurable marketing programs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across enterprise accounts, verticals, and targeted use cases. You will develop multi-touch programs designed to increase brand awareness, deepen engagement, and generate qualified pipeline. You will also manage a Field Marketing Specialist, helping build a high-performing regional marketing function. Working across regional and global teams, you will use data, market insights, and campaign performance to continuously refine the go-to-market approach. This is a remote role with regular collaboration and approximately 30% travel across the region and internationally.

Partner with regional sales leadership and senior field marketing stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic go-to-market approach focused on regional growth, pipeline generation, and new-customer acquisition. Build and deliver an integrated regional marketing plan aligned with sales priorities, business objectives, target accounts, and measurable pipeline goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies or vendors to bring regional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution. Own day-to-day delivery of the regional marketing plan, ensuring campaigns and programs achieve agreed performance metrics. Manage, coach, and support the Field Marketing Specialist, providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for professional development. Continuously review and refine go-to-market tactics based on campaign performance, audience engagement, account penetration, and changing market conditions. Develop targeted account-based marketing programs, including 1 and 1:1 initiatives and deal-acceleration campaigns, designed for enterprise audiences. Partner with pan-regional program teams to develop vertical- and use-case-led campaigns that provide sales teams with relevant programs and tools to accelerate opportunities. Work closely with Account Executives and sales teams to ensure marketing programs support priority accounts and commercial objectives. Analyse campaign results and provide clear recommendations on successes, challenges, optimisation opportunities, and next steps. Participate in quarterly business reviews, presenting marketing performance, pipeline impact, key learnings, and future strategies to leadership. Manage regional marketing budgets and procurement processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, responsible spending, compliance, and clear accountability. Build strong relationships across marketing, sales, and go-to-market functions to ensure effective collaboration and consistent execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 2–3 years of experience in a Senior Field Marketing or comparable regional marketing role. Previous experience in the IT, technology, cybersecurity, or B2B SaaS sector is strongly preferred. Proven experience developing and executing integrated field marketing and go-to-market programs focused on pipeline generation and commercial growth. Strong understanding of modern digital marketing technologies, techniques, campaign execution, and performance measurement. Experience working with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo. Experience with enterprise marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or sales-aligned programs is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and external partner organisations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights. Commercially minded and comfortable connecting marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, account engagement, and business outcomes. Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Collaborative and positive approach, with the flexibility to work effectively across regional, pan-European, and global teams. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines. Willingness to travel approximately 30%, primarily within the region with occasional travel elsewhere in Europe or to the United States. Benefits Remote working arrangement based in the Netherlands. Flexible and collaborative working environment. Approximately 30% travel, providing opportunities to collaborate with regional and international teams. Occasional access to offices in London and Bristol for collaboration with regional sales development teams. Generous paid time off and holiday allowance. Parental leave. Progressive healthcare options. Retirement and pension-related programs. Education reimbursement opportunities. Commuter support where applicable. Employee Resource Groups supporting inclusion, belonging, and community. Regular company and team-building activities. Global volunteering and community initiatives. Inclusive environment that values individuality, diverse perspectives, and professional growth. Competitive overall benefits and perks.
