Recorded Future is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to help Recorded Future extend its leadership position in the Threat Intelligence industry by shaping and leading regional field marketing strategy across key growth markets. The role will focus on driving qualified opportunities, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting sales priorities through impactful, measurable marketing programs for the UKI, Nordics and Benelux regions. The position will develop and oversee integrated regional marketing programs across industry events, user conferences, campaigns, account-based initiatives, and partner-led activities. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and strategic partners across the region, the Field Marketing Manager will build joint plans, identify opportunities for collaboration, and execute activities together to maximise reach, engagement, and pipeline impact. What You'll Do: Partner closely with EMEA Sales, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Channel teams to develop and drive regional field marketing strategy aligned to business and pipeline priorities. Act as a strategic marketing partner to regional sales leadership, identifying opportunities and translating business priorities into impactful marketing programs. Build strong relationships with key partners across the region to develop joint marketing plans and execute co-marketing activities, including events, campaigns, webinars, and customer engagements, aligned to regional business and pipeline goals. Lead the planning and execution of field and partner-supported events, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy and delivering a consistent customer experience. Own the regional strategy for key conferences and summits, including large-scale events, identifying opportunities to maximise participation and engagement with customers, prospects, sales teams, and partners. Develop and implement targeted account strategies to support account-based selling and accelerate engagement within priority accounts, including coordinating relevant partner engagement where appropriate. Collaborate with the broader marketing organisation and regional partners to develop relevant content and assets that support regional priorities. Establish clear program goals and forecasts; measure, analyse, and report on business impact, engagement, and pipeline contribution across field and joint partner activities. Maintain strong alignment with the EMEA BDR team to drive qualified leads through the funnel. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Channel, ensuring regional priorities are effectively represented and partner opportunities are integrated into the broader field marketing strategy. What You'll Bring: Experience leading regional field marketing strategy and programs within a high-technology, B2B organisation; cybersecurity industry experience preferred. Experience working with partners or channel organisations to develop joint marketing plans and execute co-marketing activities that deliver measurable business outcomes. Native-level fluency in English. A Nordic language as an additional language would be an advantage but not mandatory. In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing strategies across EMEA. Strong commercial mindset with experience managing marketing budgets and prioritising investment against business outcomes. Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment and influence senior stakeholders across functions and organisations. Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver integrated programs across Sales, Marketing, and external partners. Experience with key marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Marketo knowledge a plus).   Why should you join Recorded Future?
