KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Finance function across multi-entity operations (UAE, KSA, Qatar, India, USA).
- Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive audits, taxation, treasury, FX, and risk management activities with zero delays or penalties.
- Manage cash flow, collections, payables, and credit control to maintain strong working capital.
- Implement ERP and finance automation processes to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, cost optimization, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, ESR, UBO, ZATCA, and other statutory obligations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams while promoting collaboration and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA) mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 15 years of finance experience, including 3-5 years in the GCC region.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven expertise in IFRS (especially IFRS 15), taxation, transfer pricing, treasury, and FX.
- Strong background in multi-entity finance management and international compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Ongoing professional development in international tax, audit, and financial governance.
- Continuous training in ERP and digital finance systems.
