Full Job Description

Partnership Build strong partnerships with FD&E, Accenture, CFT Finance, and Finance across regions to deliver clear insights with executive reporting that support strategic decision making. Integrate data from multiple sources into compelling executive narratives, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews. Leverage automation, AI, and reporting technologies to improve data accessibility, increase productivity, and enhance decision quality. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating financial and operational data into business insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Deliver dashboards, scorecards, and analytics that provide visibility into key business and financial metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate GES Finance headcount and P&L processes, including reporting, forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial and headcount reporting through strong governance and operational controls. Support audit, compliance, and governance activities by ensuring required documentation, reporting processes, and controls are operating effectively. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
