Analyze financial statements, overhead costs, pricing structures, margins, and other business data to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization. Provide annual budgeting guidance and support franchise operators in establishing realistic revenue, profitability, and operational goals. Create, refine, and implement standardized SOPs and workflows that promote consistent, scalable, and efficient operations. Support local marketing and sales strategies, including lead management, conversion processes, customer engagement, and alignment between sales and operational goals. Develop training materials, SOP documentation, and onboarding resources, and deliver individual and group training sessions focused on sales performance and customer engagement. Support special projects involving operational improvements, cost savings, technology implementations, and resource development. Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, Compliance, and other internal teams to support franchisee performance and business growth. Conduct field visits, prepare detailed reports on findings and KPI performance, and maintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical, effective solutions. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to evaluate business and performance data to identify growth opportunities. Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Comfortable working with financial information, KPIs, operational metrics, and performance improvement initiatives. Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for field visits and on-site coaching. Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is a plus. Benefits: Remote work environment within the United States. Opportunity to provide strategic guidance and directly influence franchisee business performance. Broad scope spanning operations, finance, sales, marketing, training, and process improvement. Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams supporting franchisee success. Opportunities to contribute to operational enhancements, technology rollouts, and scalable business initiatives.
