Full job description

OPSWAT , a global leader in IT, OT , and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.     The Position We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Enterprise Platform teams. You will build and continuously improve OPSWAT's leading cybersecurity products for protecting the world's critical infrastructure;  setting the technical bar, driving AI-augmented engineering practices, and shaping how we design, build, and ship secure software at scale. What You Will be Doing Design, develop, and ship complex, high-quality software across AI SDLC, with strong performance, scalability, and security. Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) across coding, testing, refactoring, code review, and documentation and help define team standards and guardrails for responsible AI use. Prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI/LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities within OPSWAT products where they add customer value. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, design features, and deliver high-impact products. Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex defects and production issues, and enforce engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards, including AI-augmented workflows. Ownership architectural discussions, own key technical decisions, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Document technical designs, specifications, and processes. What We Need from You At least 05 years of relevant experience, including owning complex features or systems end to end. Hands-on experience with both back-end (.NET, Python) and front-end (ReactJS, HTML and CSS, Tailwind, etc.). Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, with sound judgment on where AI adds value and where human oversight is required. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design principles and patterns, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with database design and technologies (SQL, NoSQL, such as MSSQL/Postgres, CosmosDB). Experience designing, creating, and maintaining REST APIs, and proficiency with version control (e.g., Git, BitBucket). Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead initiatives independently. It Would be Nice if You Had Experience building or integrating LLM/AI features (e.g., RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI SDKs) into production software. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines, and DevOps practices (e.g., TeamCity, BitBucket). Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in the cybersecurity domain or another industry relevant to OPSWAT.   OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
