Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Website Development based in United States. This role focuses on building and evolving high-traffic public web experiences used by millions of visitors. You will help shape the technical foundation behind marketing websites, Help Center experiences, and digital discovery platforms. The position combines frontend architecture, content systems, CMS integrations, performance, experimentation, SEO, and AI-powered discovery. You will work closely with Marketing, Content, SEO, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions. Your work will directly influence how customers discover products, access information, and engage with the digital experience. Design, build, and maintain performant, responsive, accessible, and reliable web experiences capable of serving millions of visitors. Own projects end to end, from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, measurement, iteration, and ongoing optimization. Develop scalable frontend architectures, reusable components, and content models that enable teams to publish and iterate efficiently without compromising quality. Build and maintain integrations between web applications, CMS platforms, analytics and experimentation tools, APIs, and other internal and external services. Partner with Marketing, Content, SEO, Design, and Product stakeholders to translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and streamlined publishing workflows. Apply technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization practices to improve content discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered experiences. Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility, site performance, reliability, and overall web quality across high-traffic properties. Contribute to the technical direction of the public web platform by simplifying architecture, improving developer experience, strengthening testing and code review practices, documenting solutions, and mentoring other engineers. Support the modernization or evolution of large-scale websites, CMS platforms, frontend architectures, and content delivery systems where needed. Requirements 7+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial experience building and operating production web applications at scale. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and core web technologies including HTML and CSS. Strong understanding of browser behavior, responsive design, accessibility, caching, web performance, and scalable frontend architecture. Experience designing reusable component systems and integrating web applications with APIs, content management systems, analytics platforms, experimentation tools, and other services. Working knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, metadata, structured data, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, and performance, along with familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization and AI-powered discovery. Strong engineering fundamentals with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code, thoughtful testing, version control, and incremental delivery. Demonstrated ability to measure and improve the performance, accessibility, reliability, and overall quality of high-traffic web applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous customer or business needs into clearly defined technical problems and independently drive solutions through production. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments while maintaining strong ownership and attention to detail. Experience with Payload CMS or another modern headless CMS, including content modeling and architecture for large, content-rich websites, is a plus. Familiarity with Astro or similar modern web frameworks, static or server-rendered architectures, internationalization and localization, experimentation, conversion optimization, growth marketing, or content-focused web development is advantageous. Experience creating structured content or content APIs consumed by AI assistants, search systems, or other downstream platforms is a plus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as immigration sponsorship is not currently provided. Employment eligibility is limited to states where the organization is registered as an employer; candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or West Virginia are not eligible. Benefits Tier 1 annual base salary: $224,400–$271,920 USD. Tier 2 annual base salary: $205,700–$249,260 USD. Tier 3 annual base salary: $187,000–$226,600 USD. Compensation is determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, interview performance, location or metropolitan area, and internal pay equity. Equity awards are available to eligible full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive total rewards package. Remote work within the United States. Salary tier is determined according to the employee's remote work location and applicable metropolitan pay zone. Occasional travel may be required for company events, team collaboration, or offsites.
