The role bridges customer requirements, solution design and development for government resource planning and public financial management, including functional specifications, process modelling, workshops, quality assurance and cross-team coordination.
Requirements & qualifications
A relevant bachelor's degree and at least eight years of progressive functional-analysis experience for enterprise applications are required, ideally in GRP, ERP, PFM, IFMIS or public-sector resource-planning systems.
