Senior Global Director - Tax and Audit

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Global Director - Tax and Audit based in the United States. This senior leadership role will oversee global tax and audit operations across a rapidly expanding multinational organization. You will shape the global tax strategy while establishing scalable governance for compliance, statutory reporting, audits, and risk management. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of complex multinational tax, transfer pricing, and audit activities. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, HR, Legal, IT, and regional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and defensible financial compliance. You will also lead relationships with external tax advisors, audit firms, and local providers across multiple jurisdictions. As the organization expands from 11 countries toward more than 20, you will build the processes, controls, calendars, and governance needed to support sustainable international growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced tax and audit leader who can balance technical excellence, business practicality, risk management, and operational efficiency.
