Senior Graphic Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer based in Brazil. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can translate ideas and brand strategies into polished, engaging visual experiences. You’ll design a broad range of assets, from presentations and communication materials to videos, email templates, logos, banners, and other digital content. You’ll also collaborate closely with UX and Frontend teams to create visual components for mobile platforms. The position combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience, digital interfaces, and multimedia content. You’ll manage multiple projects while balancing creativity, quality, consistency, and deadlines. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to varied design initiatives within a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including PowerPoint presentations, videos, communication pieces, email templates, logos, banners, folders, and other creative assets. Collaborate with UX and Frontend teams to develop reusable components for mobile platforms, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences. Conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with established branding and marketing strategies. Translate creative concepts and requirements into visually compelling designs across multiple formats and channels. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver effective visual solutions. Stay current with design trends, emerging creative tools, multimedia techniques, and digital experiences to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects. Apply strong attention to detail and visual consistency across all deliverables. Requirements: Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a closely related creative design role. Advanced English communication skills. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design projects, creative concepts, and visual communication skills. Experience with video editing and animation. Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus. Strong visual communication, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UX, Frontend, and other cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team. Openness to new technologies, creative trends, and evolving design practices.
