Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000 Reports to: Marketing Manager Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design across digital, print, and on-site platforms. The role ensures strong brand consistency, high-quality creative output, and timely delivery of marketing materials, with light supervision of creative resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives
- Create on-site branding, hoarding boards, signage, and project launch materials
- Produce digital content including static designs, videos, and motion graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Maintain and update the company website (Wix) and improve user experience
- Design corporate presentations, company profiles, and project decks
- Support photo/video shoots and oversee post-production
- Provide guidance to junior designers, freelancers, and agencies
- Review creative outputs to ensure brand and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience (corporate/real estate/marketing preferred)
- Strong skills in branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong video editing and basic motion graphics skills
- Experience with social media design standards and digital marketing assets
- Working knowledge of Wix and SEO-related content
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred: Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) or UX/UI / Digital Marketing certifications
