Wat ga je doen?
• Strategische sparringpartner voor Label Directors en Business Unit Managers • Ontwikkelen van jaarlijkse en kwartaal marketingstrategieën • Vertalen van businessdoelen naar marketingplannen en campagnes • Briefen en coördineren van interne specialisten (performance, SEO, content) • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van marketingcampagnes • Beheren van marketingbudgetten en sturen op ROI • Analyseren van resultaten zoals leadgeneratie, CAC en ROAS • Presenteren van marketinginzichten aan stakeholders • Ondersteunen bij de integratie van nieuwe labels binnen de organisatie
Wie ben jij?
• 5 - 7 ervaring in marketing, accountmanagement of client services • Ervaring als bijvoorbeeld Senior Account Director, Client Partner of Marketing Business Partner • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en strategisch denken • Begrip van marketingfunnels, P&L en commerciële doelstellingen • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen
