This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer based in the United States. As a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, build, and operate secure cloud infrastructure supporting a major federal HCM modernization program. You’ll help deliver reliable, high-performance environments across development, testing, staging, and production. The role combines cloud engineering, DevOps automation, infrastructure as code, compliance, disaster recovery, and enterprise environment management. You’ll work extensively with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and federal security frameworks, building solutions that are resilient, traceable, and audit-ready. You’ll also serve as a technical authority, influencing platform standards and engineering direction across multiple workstreams. This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional onsite work in Reston, Virginia, and up to 10% travel within the continental United States.
