This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Advisor based in Canada. This is a strategic health and safety role focused on strengthening occupational safety practices across a complex, multi-site organization. You’ll design scalable programs, policies, standards, and tools that support compliance and proactive risk management. The role combines enterprise-level strategy with practical guidance for leaders and operational teams across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll interpret Canadian health and safety legislation and turn complex requirements into clear, actionable workplace controls. Your expertise will help reduce incidents, improve preparedness, and embed prevention-focused practices into everyday operations. Working with diverse teams and environments, including unionized settings, you’ll influence safety culture and organizational resilience.
