This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior HubSpot Solutions Strategist based in the United States. The Senior HubSpot Solutions Strategist is a mid- to senior-level technical consulting role focused on designing and delivering scalable HubSpot solutions for growth-minded organizations. You will lead client engagements from technical ideation through execution, translating business needs into effective CRM, automation, data, and integration strategies. The role combines client-facing consulting with hands-on solution architecture across HubSpot’s ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with marketers, developers, sales teams, and internal specialists to solve complex challenges. You will also contribute technical expertise to new business and upsell opportunities, helping shape solutions that align with client goals and budgets. This is a fully remote position within a distributed, international team.
Lead the delivery of HubSpot solutions, including data migration, portal strategy, onboarding, and optimization across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub. Facilitate workshops and processes to design CRM setups, data structures, technical strategies, lead flows, and scalable operational processes. Map sales processes and data management requirements while identifying opportunities to improve automation, reporting, productivity, and customer experiences. Serve as a technical bridge between clients, marketers, developers, and internal teams, translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions. Participate in client-facing calls, provide technical guidance, and create clear documentation for new configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes. Collaborate with internal and external development teams to connect systems with HubSpot, create or interpret entity relationship diagrams, assess integration architectures, and troubleshoot data and integration issues. Evaluate first-party, third-party, and middleware integration approaches and recommend appropriate system configurations. Manage assigned work within agreed timelines and budgets, provide accurate estimates, and maintain a high standard of delivery quality. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve team workflows, and introduce innovative solutions that strengthen service delivery. Train and support team members across onboarding, data migration, and portal strategy offerings, acting as a subject matter expert when needed. Support sales and upsell opportunities by contributing technical expertise during prospect calls, identifying pain points, recommending appropriate service tiers, supporting statements of work, and providing pricing information. Requirements: Proven experience in a Solutions Strategy, Technical Marketing, Marketing or Revenue Technology, Marketing or Revenue Operations, or similar role, ideally at a mid- to late-career level. Previous experience working in an agency environment and directly supporting clients. Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub. Strong ability to architect and build scalable marketing, sales, and service operations systems using HubSpot. Experience with Google Analytics, Databox, Google Tag Manager, SEM/SEO platforms, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Yoast, or similar tools. Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales automation, business intelligence, data enrichment, and other operational technology platforms. Experience with marketing automation technologies such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as customer-facing platforms such as Intercom, Drift, or Zendesk. Proficiency with iPaaS and middleware solutions such as Zapier and similar automation platforms. Experience working with data visualization platforms such as Domo, Salesforce Einstein, Snowflake, Tableau, Grow, or comparable technologies. Experience designing conversational or chatbot flows using platforms such as Intercom or Drift. Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, automation, and technical solution architecture, with the ability to generate standard ERDs for existing or proposed integration structures. General understanding of global data privacy requirements, including GDPR. Excellent project management, organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Strong technical writing skills and the ability to create compelling, client-facing documentation and deliverables. Clear, confident, and consistent communication skills when working with clients and cross-functional teams. A collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and growth-oriented approach, with a strong interest in continuous learning and improving processes. A baseline interest in and understanding of HubSpot, with the ability to work effectively in a HubSpot-centered environment. Benefits: Fully remote work with flexible scheduling.
