Key responsibilities

• Execute operating system upgrades and in-place upgrades.

• Perform greenfield virtual machine deployments.

• Execute VM migrations and ringfencing activities.

• Support VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter migrations and upgrades.

• Prepare migration plans, runbooks and cutover procedures.

• Perform technical validation, troubleshooting and post-migration support.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with VMware/ESX infrastructure.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale VM and OS migrations.

• Hands-on experience with ESXi, vCenter, vMotion and Storage vMotion.

• Experience with both in-place upgrades and greenfield deployments.

• Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure migration skills.
