According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Full job description
- Deliver trainings effectively and flexibly, ensuring high quality in both process skills and process documentation (including supplementary trainings, e.g., WAS, product liability, 14Q,...)
- Monitor and maintain trainees’ qualification status and training records in the Direct Competence System in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support departmental and stakeholder projects as required (e. g, new product, problem solving).
- Continuously improve training effectiveness, quality, methodologies, and overall training performance.
- Develop and continuously update training materials, lesson plans, and question banks to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Train, assess and qualify new instructors and Buddies in accordance with company standards.
- Analyze training requests and develop training plans aligned with available resources and operational requirements.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Having time of working in correlative processes. At least 2 year experience of technical training.
