Full job description

The analyst will analyse and improve IT project, operations, ITIL, support and statutory-response processes; produce operational and project metrics; identify improvements and automation opportunities; support IT controlling; lead small IT projects; analyse business processes; and design solutions for process digitisation and automation.

Requirements & qualifications

Applicants need Austrian citizenship or unrestricted access to the Austrian labour market and a clean record. The experience threshold is 12 years after compulsory/apprenticeship education, 7 years with HTL/Matura, or 5 years with a bachelor's or master's degree. Strong process-analysis, business-process design, ICT-service, reporting and ITIL knowledge is required, together with willingness to undergo a 'Geheim' security review.
