About the Opportunity An innovative and fast-growing international deep-tech manufacturing company is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to lead the architecture, scalability, and optimization of its mission-critical IT infrastructure across Spain and global operations. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems while supporting the company's continued international growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving infrastructure initiatives and defining best practices across complex, high-availability environments. Key Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance. Design and implement enterprise security policies, identity management solutions, and access control frameworks. Lead infrastructure strategy, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting. Drive complex infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations. Establish technical standards, documentation, and operational best practices. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise clustering and networking solutions, optimizing connectivity, resilience, and security. Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve infrastructure reliability and operational excellence. Requirements 7+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT infrastructure. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Strong experience designing and supporting high-availability environments, clustering technologies, and enterprise infrastructure. Advanced knowledge of: Windows and macOS environments Active Directory Enterprise networking Meraki Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools Experience administering Linux systems is highly desirable. Database administration experience is considered a strong plus. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required. German is a plus. Availability to travel occasionally between company locations within Spain. What They're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset.
