The role provides labour-law guidance, handles complex individual and collective employment cases, drafts and reviews HR legal documents, supports negotiations and employee relations and manages dialogue with staff representatives.
Requirements & qualifications
Master’s degree in law and about 8–10 years of labour-law, industrial-relations or legally focused HR experience in a law firm and/or multinational organization; fluency in English and French, with Italian useful.
