Full job description
Partners with operational teams, improves contract templates and legal playbooks, researches new products and laws, leads legal-function improvements, mentors junior lawyers, manages local counsel and selected litigation/collections matters, handles escalations and contributes to legal-operations automation and AI initiatives.
Requirements & qualifications
Experienced and qualified lawyer with extensive legal-practice experience, preferably labor and employment law; ability to work across legal systems, lead legal projects autonomously, mentor junior legal professionals, communicate fluently in English and develop practical legal solutions for a technology scale-up.
