A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, claimants, clients, and colleagues. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to quickly learn and apply claims practices, policies, procedures, and client requirements. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including the ability to work effectively with Excel spreadsheets. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Strong performance orientation with the ability to consistently meet or exceed established expectations. Benefits: Remote work opportunity within the United States. Salary range of $61,053–$98,334, with final compensation determined based on factors including geographic location, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
