In this role you will use your OPIR domain expertise to identify salient features for development of new AI/ML models. You will use Python and appropriate AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) to develop and mature R&D exploitation capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a MS degree or higher in AI / ML field with 7-12 years of professional experience.

Required Experience and Skills

Master of Science in AI/ML scientific discipline

Seven (7) years of minimum experience developing AI/ML algorithms for object identification / classification

Seven (7) years of experience creating AI/ML solutions in Python (e.g. PyTorch, Tensor Flow)

Three (3) years of minimum experience with Container Technology (Docker / podman / etc.)

Mastery of software configuration management using Git.
Desired Education and Experience
-
Doctor of Philosophy in AI/ML scientific discipline

Five (5) years of minimum experience in OPIR among of a mix of processing, exploitation, and analysis algorithm development

Five (5) years of PyTorch expertise

Expertise developing modular, reusable software via strong Object-Oriented Software development practices

Experience following GitFlow and GitOps workflows using team repository (GitHub / Gitlab / etc.)
