Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join EPAM. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. You will work with large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and apply statistical analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate machine learning models into production environments and implement cloud-based solutions. #LI-DNI #EasyApply Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and evaluation Utilize machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn to build and fine-tune models Work with large datasets Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and iterate based on performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and other AI technologies Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field At least 5+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning Proficiency in Python Skills with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Experience with building and deploying machine learning models in production environments Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail Upper-intermediate English level We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
