Senior Manager, Actuarial Strategic Operations

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Actuarial Strategic Operations based in the United States. This is a strategic leadership opportunity at the intersection of actuarial analysis, healthcare finance, operations, and AI-enabled decision-making. You’ll lead a high-impact team supporting the performance and strategic priorities of a Medicare Advantage business. The role serves as a central hub for enterprise performance monitoring, initiative governance, financial integration, and executive decision support. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Actuarial, Clinical, Revenue, Pharmacy, Product, and Operations to influence priorities and resource allocation. A major focus will be building scalable reporting, automation, and AI-enabled analytical workflows that improve speed, rigor, and decision quality. You’ll also shape the team’s operating model, develop talent, establish quality standards, and create greater accountability across complex initiatives. This role is ideal for an actuarial leader who combines strong healthcare expertise with strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
