The position leads sales-excellence initiatives, strategic freight-forwarder and customer relationships, cross-functional commercial programs, contracts and incentives, dashboards, forecasting and market-growth actions.
Requirements & qualifications
Air India requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Marketing or a related field and 12+ years in cargo sales, commercial operations, account management or business development in airline or air cargo. Greater experience in cargo account management and program building is preferred.
