The Senior Manager, Client Learning & Adoption is responsible for leading a global team that designs, delivers, and scales client learning, adoption, and enablement programs that help customers realize value from Dun & Bradstreet solutions. This role supports the evolution of the Client Learning & Adoption function to align with Dun & Bradstreet's digital-first customer strategy, including workflow-integrated, self-service, and AI-enabled experiences. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, Customer Service, and Change Management stakeholders to deliver scalable learning pathways, certification programs, localized content, and adoption initiatives that improve customer engagement, product utilization, and business outcomes. This role also supports customer and frontline team enablement associated with major customer-facing initiatives and platform enhancements.
