Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Community Growth & Intelligence based in United States. This is a strategic and analytical leadership role focused on identifying, sizing, and accelerating growth opportunities across a large-scale consumer community platform. You will turn complex and ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, investment cases, and actionable strategies that shape product and operating decisions. Working across Community, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance, you will connect strategy with measurable outcomes and execution. The role combines hands-on analytical work with people leadership, making it well suited to an experienced player-coach. You will establish measurement frameworks, prioritization processes, and business rhythms that help senior leaders make informed decisions. Your work will directly influence how growth initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, executed, and scaled.
