Finance Leader, APAC – Mylar Specialty Films
Location: Foshan, China /Hong Kong
Mylar Specialty Films is seeking a commercially focused Finance Leader to support our APAC business. This role will partner closely with business and manufacturing leaders to drive financial performance, forecasting accuracy, business analysis, and strategic decision-making across the region.
Responsibilities 职责
Key Responsibilities

Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, cash management, and financial reporting activities.

Drive margin analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and business performance.

Support business optimization projects through financial modelling and analysis.

Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews and support reporting requirements for the Mylar CFO and parent company.

Act as Company Secretary for China joint venture entities, supporting Board and Shareholder meetings.

Serve as a key liaison between shareholders, Board members, and the China joint venture partner.

Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and develop analytical capabilities within the local finance team.
Qualifications 要求
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Professional accounting qualification preferred.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering experience.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change.
