Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk based in United States. This is a highly visible commercial operations leadership role focused on building a scalable Deal Desk function from the ground up. You’ll guide complex, strategic, and non-standard SaaS transactions while helping sales teams move opportunities forward efficiently. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue, Customer Success, and Business Systems. You’ll establish the frameworks, workflows, approval structures, and service levels that bring consistency to commercial decision-making. You’ll also influence pricing, packaging, contract terms, ARR economics, renewals, and quote-to-cash processes. As a hands-on builder, you’ll balance strategic leadership with detailed involvement in high-impact transactions and process improvements.
