Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing (Peer-to-Peer Education) based in United States. As a Senior Manager, Marketing focused on Peer-to-Peer Education, you’ll shape strategic and scientifically grounded content that supports high-impact educational engagements. You’ll translate marketing strategy, clinical evidence, scientific insights, and audience needs into clear and compelling materials for healthcare professionals. The role combines content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and operational execution within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You’ll work closely with thought leaders, faculty, internal teams, agencies, and field organizations to ensure content is accurate, relevant, compliant, and effective. Your work will influence how peer-to-peer programs are designed, delivered, and continuously improved across multiple engagement channels. The position offers significant ownership in a fast-paced and evolving environment where proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement are highly valued. You’ll also have the opportunity to strengthen content capabilities, streamline processes, and contribute to broader marketing and educational initiatives.

Develop, review, and manage educational and promotional materials that support impactful peer-to-peer engagements and broader brand objectives. Lead the creation of peer-to-peer educational content, including presentation decks, roundtable guides, patient cases, and supporting materials. Identify content gaps and opportunities to evolve peer-to-peer education based on audience needs, scientific developments, and marketing priorities. Partner with faculty and key opinion leaders throughout content development, incorporating expert feedback and ensuring materials meet their needs. Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, strategically aligned, audience-appropriate, and suitable for its intended use. Support field training and the rollout of new or updated peer-to-peer content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure teams understand the purpose, appropriate use, and audience fit of TLP materials. Partner with Thought Leader Liaisons, Speaker Bureau teams, conference teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality execution across engagement channels. Apply a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical promotional regulatory environment to support compliant content development and execution. Manage materials through promotional review and approval processes, including Veeva submissions, Commercial Review Team reviews, timelines, approvals, reapprovals, and expirations. Coordinate operational requirements related to content development and deployment. Manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency. Oversee agencies and external vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with project objectives. Travel as needed to support Speaker Bureau training, steering committees, conferences, key opinion leader engagements, and other peer-to-peer initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen content capabilities, simplify processes, and improve execution while demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and a growth mindset. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; a master’s degree is preferred. 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. 4–5 years of experience in brand management, with endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience considered a plus. Expert-level understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including print and digital. Strong scientific and medical aptitude, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content. Experience developing or managing scientific or medical communications is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities proactively. Solutions-oriented approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong attention to scientific accuracy, strategic alignment, compliance, and quality. Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, continuous learning, and commitment to improving processes and outcomes. Ability to work effectively with faculty, key opinion leaders, internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and field teams. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Benefits: Salary range of $154,980–$205,110, with the final offer determined based on factors such as geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
