We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Experience to lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers while personally driving marketplace strategy for all of our brand partners as part of our Pattern Creators team. Creators is a software-as-a-service product within Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform that offers a seamless solution for brands looking to build their ambassador programs, maximize their influencer marketing, and increase revenue. In this dual-impact leadership role, you will scale our TikTok Shop division, mentor operations managers, and refine the strategic playback for Pattern's key brand partners.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lehi, Utah.

Partnering directly with central supply chain and internal logistics teams to align procurement, inventory allocation, and fulfillment with live shopping and creator-driven demand spikes. Leading and managing end-to-end Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization, new product launches, listing quality, and creative asset enhancements (including main photos and offer structures) for high-converting TikTok Shop storefronts. Overseeing overall shop health, including customer service workflows, fulfillment SLAs, onboarding coordination, and immediate adaptation to evolving TikTok Shop marketplace policies. Managing price parity monitoring and unauthorized seller monitoring to protect brand integrity. Guiding and supporting an execution team—including offshore operations partners and internal operational specialists—to ensure seamless task execution across all active accounts. Collaborating cross-functionally across internal business units (including product, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams) to resolve process bottlenecks, enforce operational standards, and streamline internal workflows. Prioritizing and executing on multiple competing workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, speed, and cross-functional alignment.

Project Management Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing dozens of moving parts, managing complex workstreams, and maintaining speed without sacrificing quality. Cross-Functional Influence & EQ: High emotional intelligence combined with a strong point of view and direct assertiveness. You know how to collaborate productively while holding cross-functional partners in procurement, logistics, and finance accountable to operational commitments. Stakeholder Management: Deep passion and natural ability for working across matrixed teams internally, earning trust quickly, and navigating internal organizational dynamics effectively. Operational & Marketplace Expertise: Background in e-commerce operations, store health, PDP optimization, or marketplace management (TikTok Shop or Amazon experience highly valued). Leadership & Team Direction: Demonstrated ability to manage distributed execution teams (including offshore support teams) and empower team members to deliver high-impact results.

A high performer earns trust quickly, identifies operational risks early, and creates clarity across teams. They can manage many workstreams at once while maintaining both quality and speed. They improve how teams work together, establish durable operating rhythms, and elevate TikTok Shop listing quality, shop health, and operational execution.

First 30 Days: Build relationships and earn trust with key internal stakeholders, learn current supply chain and fulfillment processes, and map out the operational landscape. First 60 Days: Develop targeted improvement plans, introduce new SOPs, and smooth out internal process gaps and operational kinks across cross-functional teams. First 90 Days: Advance TikTok Shop operations to the next level by delivering best-in-class PDP and listing optimizations, upgrading main images, seamlessly adapting to new marketplace policies, and establishing standard-setting operating practices.

You will report directly to a VP of Social Commerce. You will collaborate daily with account management and cross-functional operational partners, while managing a dedicated operational execution group that includes offshore support teams and internal operational specialists.
