The manager leads and coaches product designers, maintains UX and UI quality, partners with product and engineering on roadmap decisions, improves design practice and team culture, and helps establish AI-first design workflows.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires at least ten years of digital product-design experience spanning UX and UI, at least three years managing or mentoring designers, strong partnership with product and engineering, a portfolio showing product-design leadership, and experience using AI in design workflows or products.
