Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement based in United States. The Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement will identify, develop, and scale strategic capabilities across a broad operations organization. This role connects opportunities across Originations, Front Office, Backoffice, and Collections, helping proven tools, technologies, and operating practices reach teams where they can create measurable value. As a centralized enablement leader, you will own complex initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, adoption, and performance measurement. You will collaborate across Strategy, Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and other functions to turn shared opportunities into scalable solutions. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Success will be measured through stronger adoption, improved efficiency, better customer experiences, and broader organizational impact.

Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational priorities, business objectives, and opportunities to improve operational performance. Identify proven capabilities, technologies, automation opportunities, AI applications, and operating practices that can be adapted and scaled across multiple operational functions. Lead complex strategic enablement initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, adoption, performance measurement, and continuous optimization. Translate operational needs into clear business requirements and partner closely with Product and Technology teams to develop scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Establish governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and decision points for complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear ownership and accountability. Drive alignment across functional teams while proactively identifying and managing risks, constraints, dependencies, competing priorities, and implementation challenges. Develop repeatable playbooks, implementation frameworks, and operating approaches that accelerate the rollout and adoption of new capabilities across the organization. Measure initiative performance and adoption using data, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback, identifying opportunities to optimize solutions and increase business impact. Provide concise recommendations, progress updates, and decision support to senior leadership, translating complex information into clear actions and strategic choices. Build strong partnerships across functions and promote consistent execution, enterprise-wide thinking, and effective collaboration across operational teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, product operations, program management, consulting, or a related field. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through implementation and measurable business results. Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, change management, and organizational enablement. Ability to identify connections and opportunities across business functions and translate successful solutions into scalable organizational capabilities. Experience developing business cases, defining requirements, creating implementation plans, establishing governance, and measuring business impact. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data, ambiguity, and complex business challenges into clear recommendations and actionable plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leaders. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, servicing, or another highly regulated industry is preferred. Experience implementing automation, artificial intelligence, customer-engagement technologies, or other emerging capabilities is preferred. Benefits: Salary: $102,400–$153,600 USD.
