The role owns acquisition, retention, reactivation, conversion and loyalty strategy; leads performance marketing and demand generation; drives traffic, conversion, average order value and customer lifetime value; partners with marketing, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, product, analytics and technology teams; establishes experimentation frameworks; manages budgets and agency relationships; and develops a high-performing growth team.
Requirements & qualifications
