Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development (Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Manufacturing) based in United States. This role leads the development and continuous improvement of technical training programs focused on critical infrastructure, data centers, and advanced manufacturing environments. You will translate complex industrial systems, procedures, and field practices into practical, engaging learning experiences for adult learners. The position combines deep technical knowledge with curriculum development, project ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructors, technology partners, and delivery teams to create scalable training solutions.
