Senior Manager, Warehouse Security

KEY COMPETENCIES :   Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access co ntrol technologies, CCTV infrastructure, and guard reinforcement.   Experience in workplace investigations, interviewing techniques , and evidence handling.   U nderstanding of warehouse operations, inventory flows, and common points of vulnerability within distribution environments.   Ability to perform security risk assessments and implement solutions to mitigate theft, fraud, and unauthorized access.   Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across operations, HR, legal, IT, and senior leadership.   Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to convey security expectations clearly to all levels of the organization .   Proven critical thinking and decision-making abilities under pressure, including during emergency or crisis events.   Strong data orientation: able to analyze patterns, shrink metrics, and incident trends to drive proactive action.   Ability to develop strong relationships with law enforcement and external security vendors.     QUALIFICATIONS :     Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice , Security Management, Business, or related field .   7+ years of experience in corporate security, loss prevention, or asset protection, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.   Experience leading security operations across multiple sites.   Proficiency with physical security systems, CCTV platforms, and incident reporting tools.   Professional certification such as CPP, PSP, LPQ/LPC, or similar preferred.   Experience conducting and leading complex investigations.   Knowledge of workplace violence prevention programs, emergency response planning, and business continuity principles.   Ability to travel regularly ( at least 40 %) to domestic warehouse locations and must be able to work across time zones .
