About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and commercially driven Senior Marketing & Communications Executive to lead integrated marketing, communications, PR, and branding initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, supporting lead generation, and positioning the company as a thought leader within the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Manage digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO initiatives, and campaign performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and PR agencies to secure press coverage and executive profiling opportunities.
• Organize supplier events, product launches, networking forums, webinars, and industry exhibitions.
• Create thought leadership content, executive profiles, and LinkedIn articles.
• Support sales teams with presentations, product sheets, and communication materials.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Communications, PR, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, or Event Management.
• Experience in B2B industries such as Construction, Building Materials, Electrical, Industrial Distribution, Trading, E-commerce, or B2B Marketplace is preferred.
• Strong content writing, stakeholder management, event management, and communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, CRM platforms, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Existing UAE/GCC media network and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
