PURPOSE In this role, you will drive customer engagement, conversion and retention through a combination of CRM/lifecycle marketing and content execution. You’ll own CRM campaigns and customer journeys while coordinating content creation across agencies, creators and social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys executing, optimising and managing multiple marketing workstreams. YOUR TASKS:

• Build, run and optimise CRM automations and campaigns across email, mobile and onsite channels.
• Own customer lifecycle journeys focused on conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention and churn reduction.
• Manage segmentation, targeting, campaign execution, QA and performance reporting.
• Coordinate the end-to-end content production process across external agencies, from briefing through to channel-ready assets.
• Source, brief and manage content creators and influencer partnerships, including contracts and usage rights.
• Manage the social media content calendar and community, including posting, comments and direct messages.
• Track campaign and content performance and use insights to continuously improve execution.
• Support wider brand campaigns, partnerships and marketing activations. WHAT YOU OFFER US:
• 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, including hands-on CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Strong experience building CRM automations and campaigns using modern marketing automation tools.
• Proven experience driving customer conversion, retention or subscription growth.
• Experience managing external agencies and content production workflows.
• Experience working with content creators and/or influencers.
• Experience managing social media and online communities for a consumer-facing business.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent Finnish with excellent copywriting skills and fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with subscription businesses, start-ups or new market launches is a plus.
• Basic design skills in tools such as Figma or Canva are a plus. WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
