Full job description
Develop and improve LLM training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference and serving pipelines; optimise model performance, GPU workloads and production reliability while working with datasets and benchmarks.
Requirements & qualifications
Strong hands-on LLM experience including fine-tuning and evaluation; strong Python, PyTorch, Docker and production ML engineering; experience with model serving, inference optimisation, quantisation and GPU workloads using tools such as vLLM, SGLang, NVIDIA Triton, TensorRT or similar.
