Lead the design and management of complex network and security infrastructures, specializing in Cisco ACI/SDA and Fortinet solutions within the UAE.
Full job description
- Design, implement, and manage complex network and security infrastructures, covering routing, switching, wireless, and security.
- Lead Cisco ACI fabric deployments, policy configuration, and integration with L4–L7 services.
- Deploy and manage Cisco SDA environments using DNAC for automation, assurance, and policy-based segmentation.
- Configure and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control and policy enforcement.
- Implement and support Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch, and FortiManager.
- Troubleshoot complex network and security issues across multi-vendor environments.
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and scalability of network and security systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including network diagrams, HLD/LLD, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- CCIE (Data Center / Routing & Switching / Security) – Required
- Fortinet NSE 4 or above – Required
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SDA, DNAC, and ISE – Required
- Juniper certification – Advantage
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), Layer 2/3 technologies, network segmentation, VPN, and QoS.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise network and security engineering.
- Experience with network automation and monitoring tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
