Working closely with the Clinical Team Leader (CTL), you will support the day-to-day leadership, organisation, and development of the nursing team while fostering a positive learning culture through mentoring, coaching, and identifying training needs.

You will coordinate nursing services and workflow across procedure areas, ensuring efficient service delivery, effective resource utilisation, and optimal patient flow. As part of a rota-based clinical role, you will provide hands-on support across neurology, medicine, surgery, anaesthesia, and diagnostic services as required, leading by example to maintain high standards of nursing care and operational efficiency.

In addition, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department, seeking opportunities to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen team performance, and improve operational effectiveness.

Working Pattern
