This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Observability Architect based in Australia. This is a senior technical and customer-facing role focused on helping strategic customers build and mature modern observability practices. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding organizations through complex observability architectures, implementations, and adoption journeys. Working closely with engineers, SREs, architects, and technical leaders, you will connect platform capabilities with critical business and operational outcomes. You will own the technical side of the customer lifecycle, from discovery and onboarding through enablement, optimization, and long-term success. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, architecture guidance, technical workshops, roadmap development, and strategic stakeholder engagement. You will also bring customer insights back to internal Product and Engineering teams, influencing future capabilities and priorities. This opportunity is ideal for an observability expert who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working directly with customers in a global, remote-first environment.
