The developer builds, maintains and renews COBOL services, investigates complex technical problems, translates them into clear solutions and works with developers, testers and teams translating legislation into systems. The work supports secure and stable collection and payment processes and is offered in a hybrid arrangement.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires higher-professional-education (HBO) working and thinking level, demonstrated ability with COBOL and mainframe technology, knowledge of the collection process and Central Receiver Administration, the ability to understand complex systems and translate them into solutions, and strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
