Other Embody our Culture and Values Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Ability to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive innovation and efficiency (e.g., measurement, performance modeling and analysis, research gathering, day-to-day task automation). Ability to work in an “AI-first” environment using modern AI tools to accelerate discovery through hardware development. Experience building project schedules, managing budgets, planning resources, and partnering across matrixed teams. Ability to establish clear communication channels, technical deliverables, and accountability structures with vendors and facilitating collaboration with internal engineering teams. Experience collaborating with engineering leads to define and implement best‑in‑class workflows for design reviews, DFM/DFT validation, and manufacturing readiness. Experience implementing or creating systems and reports to track equipment configurations across sites, identify available resources, and forecast future needs.
