Full job description
The associate supports HR business partnering, entitlements and benefits, recruitment, placement and onboarding, organization design and job classification, learning and capacity development, workforce planning, employee engagement and other people-and-culture processes while applying UNICEF policies and procedures.
Requirements & qualifications
Open to Sri Lankan nationals only. Requires secondary education in human resources management or a related field and seven years of relevant HR experience covering areas such as recruitment and staffing, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, job classification, workforce planning, learning and development, performance management or HR operations. A bachelor's degree may replace three years of experience and a master's may replace two additional years. Fluency in English is required; Sinhala and/or Tamil is a strong asset.
