Your Mission

In tech, our engineers are moving from writing code to orchestrating agents. You will join our Platform Engineering Team, building the digital backbone that enables an AI-native Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring that our human builders can focus on architecture and intent while agents handle implementation details.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish a robust, machine-readable context foundation that enables AI agents to navigate our systems, ownership, and infrastructure

  • Ensure software can be released continuously and safely especially when built with Agents

  • Create standardized golden paths for both human and agentic development

  • Use KPIs like System Availability and Change Lead Time to prioritize your work

  • Design, build, and maintain resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure

Technologies we work with include:

  • Google Cloud Platform (CloudRun, CloudSQL, CloudMonitoring, etc.)

  • Vercel

  • Cursor

  • Terraform / Terramate

  • Datadog

  • GitHub Actions

  • Python / TypeScript

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in either SRE, Developer Experience, Platform, Cloud or Backend Engineering

  • Tooling: Proficiency with agentic tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex

  • Fundamentals: Strong grasp of "Day 2” operations and system reliability

  • Communication: Excellent writing skills - to communicate intent clearly, to humans and agents alike

  • Coding: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or TypeScript

  • Cloud: Good experience working with a public cloud provider, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written english, german is a plus

  • Residency in Germany

Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience with IoT applications

  • Interest in climate tech industry

  • Having worked in a scale up environment at a company of similar size
