Conduct business and economic analysis, financial modeling, business valuations, and other analytical activities supporting the debt portfolio. Support credit administration and account servicing, including maintaining data quality and integrity within Salesforce and nCino. Monitor assigned portfolios on an ongoing basis and keep Relationship Managers informed of financial trends, compliance matters, and emerging credit concerns. Review credit agreements, loan documents, participation agreements, and related legal documentation to ensure consistency with approved credit actions. Participate in lender meetings, industry events, and other professional activities as required. Support the training and development of colleagues and review the work of other staff when assigned. Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as needed. Work independently under the general direction of the Debt Capital Markets Leader, with opportunities to mentor or train other team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field preferred. At least 7 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, lending, or a closely related field. Strong demonstrated expertise in cash-flow, balance-sheet, profitability, liquidity, and solvency analysis.
