Senior Principal Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Principal Scrum Master based in United States. The Senior Principal Scrum Master will lead and facilitate an Agile Release Train (ART), enabling effective planning, execution, coordination, and continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams. This role is central to driving predictable program delivery by managing cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery metrics. You will work closely with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align priorities and execution. The position will help implement and optimize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Large Solutions while supporting governance, compliance, and end-to-end traceability. You will facilitate key ART events and coach teams toward stronger Agile practices and more efficient delivery processes. The role also requires close coordination with reporting teams to ensure application, database, and schema changes are accurately reflected in reporting.
